1. About Our Services

Unison Textile specializes in custom clothing, sportswear, sports equipment, workwear, uniforms, OEM, ODM, and private-label manufacturing.

We serve businesses, clothing brands, startups, organizations, and individuals looking for customized products. Our team manufactures each product according to the customer’s requirements and approved specifications.

2. Custom Manufacturing

We manufacture products according to the specifications agreed upon with each customer.

Customers must provide accurate designs, artwork, measurements, logos, technical packs, and any other information required for production.

Please review all details carefully before approval. Any changes to approved specifications may increase production costs or extend delivery timelines.

3. Quotations and Pricing

We prepare quotations based on the product specifications, materials, customization requirements, order quantities, and shipping arrangements provided by the customer.

However, changes to these requirements may affect the quoted price. We will communicate any applicable price adjustments before proceeding.

Each quotation remains valid for the period stated in the document. If a quotation does not include a validity period, please confirm the price with us before placing your order.

4. Minimum Order Quantities

Minimum order quantities (MOQs) depend on the product, fabric, customization, and manufacturing requirements.

We will communicate the applicable MOQ during the quotation process. Different products may have different minimum quantities.

5. Payments

Our standard payment arrangement is:

50% advance payment to confirm the order and begin production.
Remaining 50% payment after production is complete and before shipment.

We may agree to different payment arrangements in writing.

Production will begin only after we receive the required advance payment and all necessary approvals.

6. Samples and Prototypes

Sample and prototype charges depend on product complexity, materials, development work, and customization requirements.

We may credit sample charges toward a qualifying bulk order when both parties agree to this arrangement in writing.

Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain consistency, sample approval does not guarantee identical results across every production batch.

7. Production and Delivery Timelines

Production timelines are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Product complexity, material availability, order quantity, customer approvals, and other manufacturing requirements can affect the schedule.

We will communicate the estimated completion and shipping dates during the order process.

However, circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause delays. In such cases, we will communicate relevant updates to the customer.

8. Design Approval and Product Specifications

Before bulk production begins, customers must review and approve all designs, sizes, measurements, colors, logos, labels, artwork, and other product specifications.

We will manufacture the products according to the specifications the customer approves.

If a customer requests changes after approval, those changes may involve additional costs and production time.

9. Intellectual Property and Branding

Customers must ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions to use any logos, trademarks, designs, artwork, or branding materials they provide to us.

We use customer-provided materials only for quotation, sampling, product development, and manufacturing purposes related to their orders.

Furthermore, customers must not submit materials that infringe another person’s or company’s intellectual property rights.

10. Shipping and Delivery

We arrange international shipping according to the agreed shipping method and destination.

Before shipment, we will communicate applicable shipping costs and estimated delivery times. We will also provide relevant information about customs duties, taxes, and import requirements where applicable.

Unless both parties agree otherwise in writing, the customer must pay customs duties, import taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country.

11. Cancellations and Changes

Customers must submit order cancellation or modification requests in writing.

However, cancellation may not be possible without costs once we have purchased materials, started production, or manufactured customized products.

Any applicable cancellation charges will depend on the production stage and the expenses we have already incurred.

12. Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to manufacture products according to approved specifications and provide the services agreed upon with our customers.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Unison Textile will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.

These terms do not exclude or limit any liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

13. Website Use

Visitors must use our website lawfully and responsibly. You must not attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful software, misuse website content, or engage in unlawful activities through our website.

We may update, modify, or discontinue website content and services whenever necessary.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Whenever we make changes, we will publish the updated version on this page and revise the Last Updated date.
